RED:     This is the first channel with reduced backscrollbuffers.
MH:      This is the maximum number of callsigns in MH-list.
MONITOR: Number of lines of backscrollable monitorlines.
INPUT:   Number of inputlines on connectscreen (channels 1 to RED)
OUTPUT:  Number of outputlines on connectscreen (channels 1 to RED)
R_IN:    Number of inputlines on reduced channels (channels RED to end)
R_OUT:   Number of outputlines on reduced channels (channels RED to end)
BOX:     Number of backscrollable outputlines on mailboxsection.
MON:     Number of monitorlines you can see on connectscreen. If you use
         a value of "0", there will be no monitorlines on connectscreen.
